Rance Poehler has had full P/L responsibility as President of Panasonic System Communications Company (PSCNA) a $1.1B B2B division of Panasonic North America. PSCNA delivered integrated solutions that helped F1000 companies and government agencies get their jobs done more efficiently, achieve competitive advantage, and improve outcomes in mission-critical environments.
PSCNA’s complete suite of business solutions addressed, mobile computing, security and surveillance systems, retail information systems, professional video systems, video production, unified communications, and professional services. Through internal consolidation, M&A, OEM, and third party relationships, PSCNA created unique vertical market solutions engaging a broad ecosystem of Partners. The ultimate goal was providing Customers with end to end solutions.
Prior to his role as President of PSCNA, Rance was President of Panasonic Solutions Company (PSC) a $800M B2B focused company formed in April 2010 bringing together divisions within Panasonic that offered computing, professional display, projection, production solutions, and professional services. Before becoming President of PSC, Rance headed Panasonic Computer Solutions Company (PCSC) a $500M B2B company which supplied Toughbook® rugged mobile computing solutions to F1000 companies and government agencies.
Rance has 25+ years of experience in the technology industry, including positions at Toshiba America and IBM; over the course of his career has managed sales/marketing, engineering/ technology development, and the overall business operations. Under his leadership, Panasonic became the leading U.S. and L.A. supplier of rugged mobile solutions, created new cutting edge solutions, captured top market share in numerous vertical markets, and tripled its overall business.
